Kathy, the creator of Kathy’s Kakes, is a self-taught baker who decided to make her dream of having a food business a reality. Kathy has been baking since she was in high school, and has always had a sweet tooth. Her love for creating delicious, homemade desserts inspired Kathy to experiment with baking. Fascinated with new ways of producing and presenting desserts led Kathy to creative ideas such as the cake pop. Eventually, she developed her own version. Thus, Kathy’s Kakes was born.
